The youth of FC Sheriff lost to FC Sfintul Gheorghe in the second match of the Federation Cup (2: 1).

 

Both teams in the first half scored goals. At the end of the half, our youth answered the early goal with the efforts of Roman Volkov, Evgheni Gliga scored a goal.

 

After the rest, the teams showed a double-edged game. On the 73rd minute the wards of Sergei Chebotari came forward. Having come off the substitutes' bench, Alexander Vremya got into the goal from a long distance - 2: 1. Until the final whistle, the score has not changed. Despite the difference in age, our youths looked worthy against the background of more experienced opponents, but, unfortunately, lost with a difference of one goal scored.

 

In the third match of the tournament, our trainees will play with the players of FC Petrocub, Hincesti on February 22.
