Yesterday the national team of Moldova in the U-19 age category played the first of two planned friendly matches with Azerbaijan. The game, which took place in Orhei, ended in a draw - 1: 1.

 

Sergei Seku, the team's coach, provided playing time to almost all the players of the Sheriff Academy who were in the application.

Goalkeeper Andrey Filippov defended the entire match the goal, and Adrian Hatman also played all 90 minutes of the meeting. Roman Skurtul played 56 minutes, and Pavel Kucheryavenko was substituted at the very end of the sparring. Dmitry Pogreban entered the game at the beginning of the second half. Another goalkeeper, Sergei Savochka, remained on the bench.

 

The second friendly match with Azerbaijanis will take place on June 6 at 12:00 on the second field of the Zimbru stadium.
