Adamovic is for the first time in Tiraspol
First team news
/ 17 February
Yesterday late evening a newcomer of our team, ex-midfielder of Belgrade “OFK” Milos Adamovic has arrived at the disposal of “Sheriff”. For the first time Serbian footballer set foot on our land. The first thing Milos wanted to see was “Sheriff” SC. Adamovic acquainted himself with the whole infrastructure of the club and despite a rather cold weather he inquired about all objects of SC with obvious pleasure.

It’s no wonder that the Serb was delighted with a view of the main arena which seats more than 13.000 spectators. “Olimpiakos”, “Fenerbahce”, “Spartak”, “Shakhtar”, national team of Holland…” – the SC guide continued the list of the teams which had played here. Someone noted during the excursion that now it will also be up to Adamovic how many and what exactly European grandees will be able to come out to this lawn in the nearest future.

Milos Adamovic, “Sheriff” midfielder:

Do you consider your leaving for Tiraspol as a leap in your career?
I think yes, because considering organization and infrastructure of “Sheriff” it is a very good team for me. It wasn’t typical for my previous club “OFK Belgrade”. Serbian teams can’t afford such excellent conditions. I’m very impressed with what I’ve seen.

How many matches have you already played for “Sheriff” during the training session?
I’ve already played 3 matches in “Sheriff” lineup – game against Czech “Yablonec”, Bulgarian “Levski” and Cypriot “Salamis”.

Have you reached understanding with your teammates?
I need to adapt. At first each player has difficulties in a new team. However, Volkov, Brancovic and guys from Monteegro help me very much. Formerly, I played with Volkov for “OFK Belgrade”. I need a little more time and it will be Ok.

After all we offer you a small photo set by Serghei Sokolov about Milos Adamovic’s acquaintance with the objects of “Sheriff” SC.
