On Saturday, the first round of Moldova Championship in the National Division ended with the 20th leg matches. "Dinamo" Bendery accepted "Sheriff" Tiraspol on the home field. Leonid Kuchuk's team arrived without two key players - Balima couldn't play because of the injury, and Argentinian defender Rodriguez had the operation the other day in Germany. In this season "Dinamo" has surprised with the results, especially in the matches against the leaders of the Championship. The first defeat in the season "Sheriff" suffered on the home field from "Dinamo" Bendery. The experts marked the spirit with what Yury Hodykin's young team played the matches. But the spirit seemed to be a temporary phenomenon. In this round the mission to surprise passed into the hands of FC "Academia" which scored three goals in the away match against "Zimbru" Chisinau.
"Sheriff" which has been recently criticised for getting ready for a long while during the first half managed to organise the fast goal. On the 8th minute of the match, referee Valery Ivanchenko appointed the free kick. Mandrychenko approached the ball, assisted to the penalty area to Fred who wasn't prevented from shooting with the header into the far corner of the goal (on the first photo). Kalinin had time only to glance at the ball. And by the 19th minute it became clear under whose dictation the game would be played. The goal-scoring combination began with the same Mandrychenko's solo breakthrough. He made the pass to the centre to Erokhin who turned "Dinamo" defender and kicked but the shot failed. It would seem the danger was over. But the 2nd attack with participation of Rouamba gave the result. The Togolese with the connivance of the "white-blue" defense assisted to Erokhin who scored with the header directly into the centre of the goal. Erokhin who changed his position from the defensive midfielder to the central forward, scored the goal in the second match in a row. Probably, the change of his role did him good. "Dinamo" ran for winning back. All attempts to capture Namasco's goal were failing thanks to the "Sheriff" defensive line. Defensive redoubts at the head of Vazha Tarkhnishvili, who had missed the last leg of the Championship because of the excess of yellow cards, stood up in this match. Despite the hard struggle and adherence to opponents' principles, the match was marked only by one yellow card shown to Igor Barduk.
In the second half Leonid Kuchuk gave the possibility to display themselves at once to the three players of our second team - Georgiev, Truhanov and Guinean football talent Djibril Paye - were fielded. The second half by right could be called Stanislav Namasco's "benefit performance". If in the first half "Dinamo" seldom disturbed the visitors' goalkeeper but in the second half of the match it forced him to work hard. After taking the field, Dyzov dangerously shot from the penalty line, Namasco in the effective save took the threat away from the goal. By the end of the second half the same Dyzov, with the obvious desire to "upset" "yellow-black" goalkeeper in this match, dangerously shot along the bottom towards the near corner of the goal. But our goalkeeper didn’t let his team down. Alexeev who was only recovering after the injury had the possibility to extend the lead. Georgiev moved forward on the right wing and passed the ball to the centre to Alekseev who shot towards the near top corner of the net. At that time Kalinin saved his team. We had to mark the debut of Guinean defender Djibril Paye. The football technics of this young talent from Africa caused sincere interest. We would follow his performance for the first team. And, as a result, the deserved victory of "Sheriff" which showed that with the only spirit "Dinamo" wouldn't achieve stable results. Leonid Kuchuk's team finished the first round of the Championship on the first place in the league table, having advantage of 8 points over the nearest opponent "Dacia" Chisinau.

- We realized the task set by the head coach, won the match and necessary three points. The most important thing was that we didn't concede. We lost the home match against "Dynamo" and had the desire to rehabilitate ourselves after that match as well as after the home match against "Zimbru" which ended in the draw. Actually, there was no necessity to set the team to play for the win. I kept on playing as the centre forward, and that seemed successful, I scored in the second match in a row.
