The 5th leg of football Championship of Russia in the First Division took place yesterday. And we keep on watching progress of our former players who continued to perform in matches of the First Division - the next significant one after the Premier League in Russian football.
Victor Komlenok played all 90 minutes for his team “SKA” Rostov-on-Don in the home match against “Kuban” Krasnodar. The visiting team won that game by the score 1-0.
Nikolay Zhosan was more in luck. He played for “Anji” Makhachkala the whole game as well. In that home match his team defeated “Volga” Ulyanovsk by the score 2-1. After Zhosan’s assist Khodgava scored the winning goal.
Sergey Kuznetsov was fielded in the line-up of “Nosta” Novotroitsk on the 58th minute in the home match against “Zvezda” Irkutsk. The game which took place on the field with an artificial turf ended in the draw 0-0. It suddenly got cold and even was snowing in Novotroitsk.
