Straight away after completing the match several players of our club expressed their opinion about the game. They were unanimous that “Sheriff” was stronger than the opponent. There were two debuts in the match as well. One of the young players Alexander Erokhin gave his view on the debut. But, let’s talk about all this in order:
Stanislav Namasco – goalkeeper of FC “Sheriff”:
As regards the quality of play, I think that after the goal scored we began to play football as before. And since we won, the task set by coaches was fulfilled.
About FC “Tiraspol”:
This team is already my past. I feel drawn to it only when sitting on the stand. And during matches I consider my former team as an opponent for me, like “Zimbru” and other teams.
Daniel Negrut – midfielder of FC “Sheriff”:
That was the difficult match against the competent team. Before the game we learnt its tactics, the head coach explained all things to us. So, now we are in a good mood because we won.
We managed to understand nuances of play better than the opponent. At crucial moments we were stronger, so, in my opinion, we won fairly and objectively.
Alexander Erokhin – midfielder of FC “Sheriff”:
I don’t estimate my debut, it’s the competence of coaches. But since we won, the debut was a success. “Tiraspol” is a good, strong team but today we were stronger.
