Yesterday, Leonid Kuchuk’s team played the second match within the framework of the training preparations in Cyprus. The game was followed by the strong eddy wind. The weather on the island sharply became worse, at night air temperature dropped to 0 degrees Celsius.
Supporters and visitors of the site could learn about the course of the match in the on-line mode. That’s how Leonid Kuchuk – the head coach of the team – commented the match: “As regards content of our game, we showed football of more high level than in the previous match against “Rapid”. Two conceded goals came off after set pieces. Apart from that, the opponents had only one goal-scoring opportunity but our keeper Namasco saved. As for the rest, I liked how we turned from the defense to the attack. Excepting set pieces, we were better just in the playing moments. And that fact caused joy taking into account that “Artmedia” was a very powerful team. We managed to examine all our players in action. I was satisfied with their work. At the same time, we have a lot of things that should be improved. It is necessary to eliminate all unforeseen circumstances occurring during matches”.
“Sheriff” is going to play the next friendly game on 24 February. It will be the match against “Rad”, Belgrade.
