As it was reported, U-17 National Team of Moldova played yesterday the first of two scheduled friendly games against the team of Poland at the training base of Moldova National Teams in Vadul-Lui-Vode. The visiting team which proved to be stronger won the match by the score 2-0.

 

All five players from Football Academy “Sheriff” who had been called out to the matches were fielded in the starting line-up. Goalkeeper Viacheslav Voloshin played 69 minutes (teams of such age group play two halves of 40 minutes each), Evgeny Zasavitskiy – 59 minutes. Mikhail Danilov and Vadim Smirnov played the match in full, Artem Khachaturov was replaced at the end of the statutory playing time. 

 

The return match will take place tomorrow on the stadium in Orgheev.
