- We are glad to be in Baku. Of course, Qarabag is the favorite of tomorrow's match. The team is very experienced. In comparison, I think this is the level of Dinamo Zagreb, which is also highly respected, as well as Gurban Gurbanov, who has been working in the club for 12 years. We have something to think about. We will prepare for the third time to be successful for us.

 

On the effects of the pandemic:

- As for the fact that Qarabag has not played official matches for a long time, I can say that you have seen the Champions League. Both PSG and Lyon have not played there for a long time, but if there is a quality coach, then it will work. They have rested and, for sure, want to play football with great desire and mood. I will not tell you about the strengths and weaknesses of Qarabag, I did it to my team.

We can go back to the comparison with the Champions League, where there was quality football, but the game without spectators did not look very good. I can tell you that our team has been closed for almost 9 months in Tiraspol. Have not seen the family. This all makes football even harder. Football without spectators is very strange. Football is played for the audience. Regarding tomorrow's match without spectators, it's hard to say what will happen. Qarabag is the host of the field. It's better for them that they play on their own field. We will get acquainted with this field for the first time. It is certainly not in the state it should be for the Champions League level.

-Qarabag is a strong team, without doubt. The most important thing is that the coach has been working for many years, changing few players in the team. They have an automatic action that they use very well. I like a lot of players. And the left winger, and the right winger, and Matic, and Yuzovic. Lots of football players that I like. There are also many players of my team that I like. I hope they will show their level tomorrow.

- Tomorrow two teams are playing, and one cannot decide everything on its own. We will try. Qarabag is the favorite. I read the Azerbaijani press, which writes that it is not clear why we arrived here. There is one game - 90 minutes. There will be extra time, I don't know.
