FC Sheriff have not met such resistance earlier. How can you comment on the fact that FC Sheriff had to play counterattacks from time to time?
We have been working on that. I have told many times that we get ready not only for the games of the championship but also for the European cups in the summer. We have quick players in the attack for that, that’s why we can play like that. Today it was very difficult. It was cold, bad field, there was no quality in our game. Both teams were in the mood and it is good that we could score and win in the end.
 
Do you have a feeling that FC Sheriff showed its character today? It was such an impression that the end of the match will be dominated by FC Veris…
I agree with that. FC Veris adapted faster and better to this field. We have been working for five months with the team and it could be seen that we had more strength by the end, so we added up.

You didn’t have enough possibilities to work with the team during training camps. Do you wait till the break to get the team prepared?
Of course, I look forward to that moment. I believe the team will get better after that.
