Today, a meeting of the Executive Committee of the Football Federation of Moldova took place, at which decisions were made regarding the new Championship of the Republic of Moldova in the National Division.

 

Here are the decisions that were made:

 

- The new season will be held according to the same formula: it will begin in spring and end in autumn.

- The division of junior reserves has been canceled;

- Rule U-21 (mandatory use of players under 21 years of age) is excluded from the Tournament Regulations;

- The limit on foreign players is excluded. Now the teams will be able to use any number of them simultaneously on the field;

- In the starting protocol, the number of players has been increased. It increased from 18 to 22.
