The starting match of the first qualifying round of the Champions League between FC Sheriff and Georgian Saburtalo will be served by the Welsh officials.

Ivan Arvel Griffith will be working on the field. He is 31 years old, and has no particular experience in the international scene. In European competitions, only two matches served as a referee: Faroe Islands - Dinamo Minsk (0: 2) and last season - Engordany- Kairat (0: 3). He was also seen at the games of the Youth Champions League and Euro qualification for the youth national teams.

Compatriots Daniel Beckett, Ian Byrd and David Howard Morgan will assist him. Watch the work of the officials will be a Frenchman Bertran Laek. Match delegate is Outi Saarinen from Finland.
