Portuguese defender Miguel Ângelo de Souza Leão Mota has joined FC Sheriff’s first team. The player has completed all necessary procedures and signed a contract with the club.

The 22-year-old defender came up through the youth academies of Lisbon’s Benfica and Pacos Ferreira, and has spent his entire professional career in his home country. Last season, he played 24 matches for Pacos Ferreira, scoring two goals and providing two assists.
