FC Sheriff acting head coach gave his analysis at the press conference after the match:
 
- The game was very emotional today. We were well concentrated for the encounter. We analyzed previous match and made our conclusions. We proved that we are not only a good team but also a leader in the Moldovan football.
 
- There were not many chances in the first half. Why was that?
- I would not say that. Maybe, it would be great to have more chances. But the opponent was very organized, heavy defense. But we had chances.

- What does the team need to improve to look better?  
- First of all, it is the mentality. We do not play in the next matchday. We will have three weeks' break.  We will work on all aspects and I believe we can reach the goals we have.  

- You totally changed the first eleven and game plan comparing to the previous match…  
- We did not make global changes. We did not have much time and it affect the game. It was only about some details. We have 22 players in the team and all of them can play at a high level. The rest of them who did not take the field are not worse. The game was intense. We won all combats and there was the result.

- Why did you substitute Ivanov?

- He got injured in the first half and asked for a substitution.
