Today the Moldova U-21 national team defeated the Wales national team in the qualifying match for the European Championship-2023. The wards of Stefan Stoica, having played a match in Orhei, defeated the Welsh with a score of 1: 0.

 

Of the FC Sheriff players, midfielder Serafim Cojocari took part in the game, who played the whole game and striker Evgheni Gliga came on as a substitute at the very end of the match.

 

The Moldova U21 national team plays in Group E together with the Netherlands, Switzerland, Bulgaria, Wales and Gibraltar. The match with Gibraltar will take place on October 12 at FC Zimbru stadium and will start at 19:00.
