Victor Mihailov: «It won't be easy, but we are ready for it nonetheless.»
Interview with FC Sheriff head coach Victor Mihailov ahead of the return leg against FC Utrecht:
— Good afternoon, everyone. Tomorrow we have a return match. It will be a difficult game, as we are facing a very strong team. So we will hope for the best and do everything possible and impossible to play good football and achieve the result that we were unable to achieve in the first game.
— Cyril Bayala is a good player. Will he be able to play tomorrow?
— No. Bayala has been injured. We cannot count on him in this game, just as we couldn't in the first one. Unfortunately, the captain is not with us. We wish him good health and a speedy return to the field.
— What do you expect from tomorrow's game?
— As I said, it will be a difficult game. There will be a lot of spectators who will cheer Utrecht on. The most important thing for us is to show our football, what we want. Despite the fact that we are playing away, we want to play beautifully and achieve the desired result. It won't be easy, but nevertheless, we are ready for it.
— How was it to play the last game in Nisporeni instead of Tiraspol?
— Obviously, we weren't playing at home. Of course, we would have liked to play in our beautiful stadium, in front of our fans. By and large, the two games against Utrecht are two away games. Nevertheless, thank you to everyone who came to Nisporeni and supported us. It's difficult to play against such a serious team away from home.
