Veaceslav Rusnac: “It was very important to win”
I agree with my colleague, I also liked the way “Olimpia” played. The team showed their character again. They used their strong qualities, everyone could see their desire to win. Today Veaceslav Lisa took the field after a long injury he had. How do you estimate his game?
We have always known that Veaceslav is a very good and prospective football player. He had an injury and it is great that he recovered. He is physically prepared to 100% but he has qualities which help him play football well. He will gradually become stronger physically and will play more often. We will have a chance to vary team composition with young players. The guys from the second team start playing better and it makes us glad. We will have a pause in which we planned a friendly game with “Chornomorets” and then we will see who deserves to play in the first team.
There is another race in the championship right now – the race of the strikers Luvannor-Frunze. Do you think it is important for Luvannor to win this race?
Luvannor is the best team player among those we have in the team. I would say he is the link between the Brazilians and other players in the team. Luvannor wants to be the best like any other sportsman. Every striker wants to be the first and it is great. The guys understand it and help him. I think it is important for him to be the best striker of the championship.
How do you estimate your advantage over the second place?
Frankly speaking, we did not think about the difference in points. We have a serious approach to every game. We have such preparation principles that we want to win in every game. It is easier when you have some backup. We should not stop at 7 points, there have to be 14 points. We should not stop by the score 2:0, it must be 5:0. We should raise our level so that our team could grow.
