In Croatian Rijeka there was an International youth tournament «Kvarnerska rivijera 2017». Sheriff Academy players have been invited to take part in the tournament, players born 2000, coach Andrei Corneencov.

16 European teams took part in the tournament. They were divided into 74 groups. Teams that took first and second places entered the quarterfinal of the tournament.

Andrei Corneencov's players played their matches in Novi Vinodolski with Vinodol, Винодол», Aarau (Switzerland) and Hajduk Split.

First place was taken by Swiss team. Our team took third place and did not get to quarterfinal.

This was the second performance of Sheriff Academy players on one of the oldest youth tournaments in Croatia.
