Probably the secret of the success is depending on the club himself - from the lower to the upper position - from the head of the club to the players. I think that the most important thing here is the discipline. In our team if the player values himself higher than the team - he is not our player. Everybody should work for the victory of the team.

Now there are only two points between you and Tiraspol. Will the away match against Tiraspol be the most important for you?
I think, that with Tiraspol it will be even harder. Sheriff probably played a little bit relaxed and distracted, because they believe they will win the championship. We have to work hard to achieve our goal. We have important matches before we play against Tiraspol - cup game and the game against Dacia. We think about them first of all.
