FC Sheriff ex-head coach Roberto Bordin said goodbye to the team and left a message for all the fans and the Club's staff:

" The first thing I want to say is that I spent in Tiraspol a great time. We achieved good results, won two Champion titles, the Moldova Cup and showed ourselves well in the Europa League. I want to say a big thank you to the President of the Club, Victor Gushan, and Director Vazha Tarkhnishvili, and everyone who helped me out, including all the training staff, my Italian colleagues who came here with me and, of course, my agent who found for me this position in FC Sheriff. I felt in Tiraspol like at home. It was an amazing period in my career that I will remeber for my entire life. Much to my regret, it's over. The family situation makes me come back to Italy. But I want to let you know that my heart will always stay in Tiraspol. I leave here a part of myself. Wishing lots of success to the Club in the Championship and upcoming play for the Champions League", concluded Roberto Bordin.
