FC Sheriff and Zimbru met in the 91st head-to-head duel at the stadium of the Chisinau club. As expected, teams gave all the best. At the same time our boys owned the ball and advantage during all 90 minutes of the match.

In the first half the home team did not make any shot towards the goal of Dumitru Celeadnic. The only time when our goalkeeper joined the game (throw-in is not counted) was a cross from the right flank.

At other goal it was very hot. Robert Tambe, Leandro Ribeiro, Maxim CoJocaru - everybody ran past a goal. However, team went  for a break with the minimum advantage of FC Sheriff. Evghenii Oancea shot off from the penalty, Veaceslav Posmac returned the ball to a distant bar, and Robert Tambe just needed to implement formality.

In the second half of the meeting the scenario did not change. And in five minutes after the beginning of the half Oancea and Cojocaru fought for the ball at the penalty area of the rival, Maxim ran to the goal and quietly sent the ball to the far corner. Finally all questions about winners were removed by the same Robert Tambe who increased the score up to 3:0.

The end to the match was put by Dane Patrick Pedersen who came off the bench. Having got the ball near the goal, Patrick turned the defender and shot to the near corner, having established the final score in the match – 4:0.

In standings the separation between FC Sheriff and the closest rivals increased up to 5 points.
