- Ramon, now you are a player of FC Sheriff. Do you have any emotions about it?
- I experienced the same emotions that I always feel because I live thanks to the earnings from soccer. For me there is to be a part of such a giant club in European soccer. I hope I can perform my best on the pitch.
- You flew 10 thousand kilometers to be here. What motivated you to take this step?
- I have always dreamed of playing in Europe. After I received an offer from FC Sheriff, it became even easier to make this decision. A team with its small but glorious history. A wonderful club, which gives good opportunities for the career of an athlete. So I had no doubts that it was best to come here.
- A different country, a different mentality, what about adaptation? Can it be a problem?
- To be honest, adaptation is a bit difficult. But I think I will get used to it with time. I already feel very comfortable in the club. Despite the fact that I arrived only a week ago, I already feel welcome by the team and everyone around me.
- Soccer in Brazil and Europe is dramatically different. That means change. Are you ready for it?
- Indeed, it is very different. There are some changes related to the style of play, manner of communication, climate. But, I think, you can get used to it. Now we have two trainings every day, there will be games. I'll tell you a secret, I prepared myself for it. I wanted to experience such a moment in my career, and now the time has come, I will always do my best.
- The decision to move, what was it like, and what was the main argument in favor of FC Sheriff?
- I heard good reviews about the club. Some friends who were already here spoke very highly of the club, the city, the staff. I tried to learn a little about the history of the club and saw that it was an opportunity for growth. I couldn't pass it up.
- Before, you played at clubs that aren't very high profile. Now you are a player of a club that plays consistently in European cups. Where do your thoughts take you?
- My thoughts will always be about helping my team achieve their goals every day of the year. I believe that in this way my potential will be shown and I will be able to help the club and my teammates in the best way possible.
