- Peter, congratulations. Soon you will join FC Sheriff. A new club and a country unfamiliar to you. Describe your impressions.

- Thank you so much. I feel joyful. I got a good opportunity for my playing career. I know that Sheriff is a big club with corresponding ambitions. I need to prove myself here, and I really want to do it. I will try to help the club achieve heights in the Championship and in the international stage.

 

- Your playing career has been connected for many years with Sweden, namely with FC Sundsvall. Was it hard to say goodbye?

- Well, I have not had time to say goodbye, I still have to do it. I am sure it will be hard and sad. I spent many years in Sundsvall, playing for the local team. My family lives in this city, my friends. For many years I fought to become a football player and play at a high level. All this is connected with one place in Sweden. Now, I understand that I need to go forward and develop. FC Sheriff in this direction is a very good opportunity.

 

- You were called to play for the Swedish national team Under-19 and Under-20, but this year you have already debuted for the national team of Liberia ...

- When I first received an invitation to the Swedish national team, I was very happy, The first call is always unforgettable. Next, an invitation from Liberia followed. I thought a lot, doubted. After talking with my parents, I agreed. Now, I can say with confidence - I’m not sorry about anything. I am happy to fly the national flag of Liberia.

 

- How do you see yourself in the new team and the club as a whole?

- I look forward to games to show myself. There is a great desire to prove myself in European competition. This will be my debut at that level. I will try to win as many titles as possible with the new team. And of course, I want to score as many goals as possible to the opponents' goal.

 

- There is always competition in our club, and the forward position is no exception. What do you think about it?

- Sundsvall also had competition. I know what it is and how to stay always, let’s say, “number one”. I used to work to the maximum. Let's see what happens next. In any case, I will fight until the very end.
