FC "Sheriff" youth team head coach Luka Pavlovich commented on the victory of his players with a score of 2-1 over Iskra FC and shared his expectations about the upcoming championship game with FC Zimbru-2.

 

- Luka, what do you think happened in today's match, and what is not?

- We always play to win, and today's match is no exception. We had a lot of moments in the opening of the first half and in the end of the meeting. In the end, we managed to score two goals, which brought us a deserved victory. It did not happen today to organize high pressure. There was no compactness in the line of midfield, as a result of this the rival got many free zones, dispersing his attacks.

 

- At the beginning of the second half, it was clear that our team was a little hooked. The hosts on the contrary, intercepted the initiative and had several opportunities to excel. What is it connected with?

- I think that this is due to the lack of freshness in some players, plus the players on the flanks and in the attack line made some tactical mistakes.

 

- In the next round of the championship we take the principal rival - Zimbru-2 FC. What are your expectations for the upcoming meeting?

- We are waiting for an interesting confrontation. Zimbru-2 has talented players who are eager to prove themselves. We need to quickly recover and optimally prepare ourselves for this game.
