Croatian mentor of FC Sheriff reserves, Luka Pavlovic, tells his opinion on a 1-1 draw against the reserve team of FC Speranta in the 9th tour of the Reserve Championship.

Luka, what came wrong in the game relative to the plan?
We planned to play with three defenders, but it didn't improve our quality or coordination when we began attacking. In the course the game, we changed to four defenders and were better in the ball control; we began to create dangerous moments. Our rivals stayed on their part of the field waiting for our error to take advantage of it and finally they scored. It's good we managed to play it back even if before the game we were aimed to win.

In the first half, the reserves controlled the ball well, but there were not enough shots. What was the reason?
As I said, we were changing the playing formation in the course of the game. That's why the quality depended directly on this factor.

After the equalizer by Andrey Kobets, our team made many dangerous attacks at the end. What were we lacking to win?
Sometimes we were lacking enough concentration and composure in closing stages of attacks. Sometimes the hosts' defenders played well and the goalie saved several dangerous shots. We need to grow mentally. In the last game against Petrocub the team came on the field well-powered on. Today, in the first half, we were passive. We need to keep our mental state steady from a game to a game.
