FC Sheriff won FC Petrocub Hincesti in the semifinal match of the Cup of Moldova-Orange after a penalty shootout, the final match takes place on 25 May in Zimbru stadium in Chisinau.

Our team had the advantage during the entire match, having constant control of the ball. On 11th minute the host team opened the scoring. Vadim Caluger shot from 28 meters and scored in the upper V. As Roberto Bordin said after the match, such goals cannot be saved even by Buffon. 

The yellow-blacks continued to find their ways to Buga's goal. On 31st minute Ricardinho was hot in the box but the referee saw it as simulation. 

Our goal came on 39th minute. Brezovec sent a pass, and Susic headed in. The second half was dominated by our team. The attacks on the opponent's goal continued but no goals could be scored. In 30 additional minutes the situation remained the same. The red card for Petrocub player did not have its influence.  

As a result, penalty shootout defined the end of the match, Juric played great. He turned aside two goals, three times he was close to this. So Serghei became the hero of the semifinal. 

In the final match FC Sheriff plays with FC Zaria that won Zimbru by the score 1:0. The final is played on 25 May in Chisinau.
