Today, under the arches of the Roofed Stadium of Sheriff Sports Complex, the opening ceremony of the most ambitious tournament ever held in Moldova took place. Or maybe tournaments of this magnitude cannot be found anywhere else.

The point is simple. The competition called "AUGUST CUP - SHERIFF 2019" involves teams from 4 countries, 13 cities, 10 Football Academies, 15 sports clubs for juniors. In total, 140 teams will compete for prizes on the fields of SC Sheriff, for which 2140 children, whose age is from 7 to 15 years, play.
The first to enter the struggle were young men born in 2004-2005, who define the best in their category. All tournament results will be on our website at the end of the day. Separately, it must be said about the prizes.

All winning teams will receive Cups, diplomas and medals. The winning team will receive 15 sets of game uniforms as a gift from JOMA. The best goalkeepers, players and scorers will also be awarded. It is noteworthy that without a prize there will not be a single player in the tournament. Everyone will receive a memorable gift and sweets.
