FC Sheriff got back to the first position in the standings of the Championship of Moldova, National Division. In the match of 21st matchday Roberto Bodrin's team won in an away match over Speranta Nisporeni by the score 2:0.

Our players took an advantage since the first minutes. And it brought the results. The attack ended with a perfect pass by Ricardinho to Oancea. Academy young trainee took the ball from the defender and sent it to far corner.

And after the scored goal our team kept on their resistence. Before the break we could score at least 4 times but at the end of the attack we lacked precision. The second goal was closer to the end. Bayala headed from 6 meters, Paiush got the shot. But Brezovec shot again and doubled the scoring.

In the second 45 there were more chances. However, it did not change the result. The host team became more brave. However, the only danger went from set pieces performance. One of them might have ended with a goal. Koselev made a save and made it to the corner.

The score should have been 3:0. Brezovec reached the crossbar after outplaying all defense players and the opponent goalkeeper. At the very end Radu Ginsari came one on one with Paiush who beat back with his feet.

FC Sheriff misses the next round and has a home match with FC Petrocub on 4th March.
