- Felipe, what are your emotions after signing the contract with our club?

- I am very glad. I was well accepted here. Finally, there was an opportunity to participate in European competitions. We have a strong group in the Europa League, serious games are coming. FC Sheriff has an excellent sports infrastructure. Renan Guedes told me a lot of good things about the club. This also influenced my decision.

 

- The Europa League is the first serious European exam for you - do you think you are ready for it?

- All players dream of playing in such tournaments. I'm not an exception. This season we play in the Europa League. In a year, I need to prove myself already in the Champions League - this is my main goal. I want to win the local championship and get out of the Europa League group.

 

- What can you say about our rivals in Group E?

- Strong opponents, what can I say. But I believe that football is played 11 on 11. Football players should never enter the field with the thought that they are weaker than the opponent. FC Sheriff demonstrated this last season in the game against Real Madrid. Everyone looks at the club in a different way, so everyone should respect us.

 

- Do you know the players of the teams of our rivals in the group?

- At Udinese, I played against Cristiano Ronaldo when he was a Juventus player. We then lost 0:2 and Cristiano scored. Also familiar with Anthony, who moved to Manchester United.
