FC Sheriff statement 2.03.15
On March 2, 2015, Football club Zimbru addressed a letter to our club in which they informed that no organized groups of supporters are expected to be present on the XX round match of the championship of Moldova FC Sheriff – FC Zimbru.
Football club Sheriff informed FC Zimbru in a return letter that according to the Regulations of the Republic of Moldova on football season 2014/2015 p.20.13.1, p.20.13.2, groups of supporters OASTEA FIARA, ULTRA BOYS will not be allowed to enter the territory of the sports complex Sheriff.
Paragraphs 20.13.1. and p.20.13.2. of the Regulations of the Republic of Moldova on football season 2014/2015 contain the following information:
20.13.1. “In terms of providing order and safety for spectators and other participants of the match, clubs which organize the match are allowed to deny access to the stadium for away team’s supporters and other persons who were previously imposed punishment for disciplinary infringements or due to actions in the result of which football clubs were imposed punishment on matches of the championship. In this case the club organizing a match is obliged to redeem the cost for the tickets to people who were denied access to the stadium”.
20.13.2. “In terms of providing order and safety for spectators and other participants of the match, clubs which organize the match are allowed to deny access to the stadium before the start of the match or to exclude from the stadium in the course of the match those people or groups of people who show explicit aggressiveness and violence, insulting and provocative conduct which can cause mass disorders and damage”.
Due to improper conduct of the supporters on the match FC Zimbru – FC Milsami, the management of football club Sheriff informed in a return letter that all the above-mentioned group of supporters will be denied access to the match FC Sheriff – FC Zimbru in order to prevent from repeating of those actions.
