After signing the contract with FC Sheriff, Dumitru Celeadnic, shared his mood and slightly opened some aspects of playing of a modern goalkeeper.

-Dumitru, we’re glad to welcome you in FC Sheriff. What emotions do you have after signing the contract?
-Thanks, I am very glad to be a part of my new team. I repeatedly played at Tiraspol arena. I didn’t see anything except the football field and dressing rooms. Now I had a chance to see everything, and I can say that I’m very impressed with what I see around me. Infrastructure is on the highest level. I missed a game and I’m looking forward to begin a training camp.

- In already played championship matches you played against FC Sheriff. What players did you know before the signing of the contract? Whether you managed to get acquainted with other players?
-I know for a long time Serghei Pascenco, Veaceslav Posmac. And I don’t know anyone from the legionaries. It’s all ahead, training camps start and therefore I think I’ll get acquainted with all players, create working atmosphere and to team up in one strong collective.

-Is competition on a goalkeeper position high in a new club? Was it in FC Petrocub?
-The competition was in Petrocub but not such which awaits me here. Serghei Pascenco and Zvonimir Mikulic are experienced goalkeepers on this reason the competition on a goalkeeper position in the squad is high.  I set a goal to get more playing time on the field, and the task consists in proving to coaching staff by my work how I am ready to play in important matches

-In your opinion what playing qualities should a modern goalkeeper have?
- In modern football goalkeepers are obliged to play well with legs, namely to make well-placed passes, to be able to begin quickly the attacks of the team. I think, these are realities of a modern gplaying of the goalkeeper. And of course, reaction, is very important quality either. Ability to show it was appreciated in football at all times.
