The Moldovan youth national team started the qualifying cycle of the European Championship 2027 with a confident victory. In the first match, the tricolors defeated their peers from Andorra with the score 3:0.

The goals were scored by Nikolay Rotaru, Mikhail Lupan and Vladislav Kostin, who scored in extra time, setting a spectacular point in this meeting.

It is especially pleasant to note that an important role in the success of the national team was played by FC Sheriff players. Roman Dumenko, Artem Dizhminar, Danila Forov, Vyacheslav Kozma and Vladislav Kostin appeared in the starting lineup. Dan Botsan appeared on the field in the 78th minute, and Nikolay Spatar - in the very end of the game.
