The national team of Moldova reached Paris, where on Thursday will play the qualifying match of the European Championship against the team of France.

 

Of the three FC Sheriff players who were called up, only two went to the French capital - Veaceslav Posmac and Alexander Belousov. The goalkeeper Dumitru Celeadnic stayed home.

 

Attention is focused on the newcomer to the national team, young Alexander Belousov, who, after netting a double against the youth team of Wales, received his first call to the official match of the adult national team.

 

Alexander noted his call and growth in his career with the support of partners and coaches of FC Sheriff:

 

- More recently, you were not in the first team. You were carefully brought to, used on two positions. Now you become a player of the national team. How psychologically difficult is it to deal with such a moment? Everything changes very quickly in your career ...

- This is the support of the team, coaches. They know when to put me, at the right moment, at the right time. And it becomes psychologically easier for me with such support.

 

There was also a question about the game in Paris against France, to which Alexander replied: “Emotions overwhelm. This is not only a game on the Stade de France, but also against the World Champions. There are star players there. Of course, I want to play with them and show my best side."
